COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM

Qualifying seniors are able to receive free in-home care through the Illinois Department on Aging’s Community Care Program (CCP). This program also allows for a family member or friend caregiver to receive special training and compensation to care for their loved one in their own home.
 
The Hellenic Foundation has provided quality In-Home Care Services to members of the community since 1996 through collaboration with the Illinois Department on Aging.

CCP FAMILY IN-HOME CARE

Qualifying senior citizens are able to receive free in-home care through the Illinois Department on Aging’s Community Care Program.
 
The CCP Family Care program allows for a family member or friend caregiver to receive training and compensation to care for their loved one.

PRIVATE IN-HOME SERVICES

For those who do not qualify for the Community Care Program, the Hellenic Foundation provides private pay, compassionate homecare aides that are specially trained, highly-qualified and supervised for general non-medical support of senior citizens in their own homes.

BECOME AN IN-HOME CARE AIDE

In-Home Care Aides wanted for the North Chicago and surrounding Suburbs in Cook County! Minimum one year experience in senior care is preferred but we are willing to train interested applicants who enjoy working with the elderly.
